INSPIRE

Every act of entrepreneurship and innovation requires inspiration. Inspiration to establish a startup, to recruit partners for a social venture, to launch a new product, to upgrade a process, and other expressions and outcomes of the creative process.

ASPER-HUJI Innovate creates inspirational spaces, which you are all invited to join (for free): Entrepreneurial communities comprised of people who think both similarly and differently from to you; in-person and online events on a variety of subjects; competitions and Hackathons that allow you to get your hands dirty and to see what happens when your idea or theory meets reality. Sometimes we will offer inspiration over Zoom, and sometimes we will invite you to our lively physical space (the HUB) in order to think together over a beer and/or a pizza.

Our Communities\\

We do not recommend practicing entrepreneurship alone.

Hebrew University students, it doesn’t matter what you have chosen to study – engineering, history, plant sciences, international relations, medicine, education, or anything else offered at HUJI – from our perspective you all need to nurture an entrepreneurial spirit and mindset, to get started with tools, skills and abilities that you will use later, whether it’s independently in developing an initiative or in any other way in your career. It is better, and more effective, to do it together.

Therefore, as an important part of the ASPER-HUJI Innovate ecosystem, we have established and support multiple student communities.

In these communities you will learn about the world of innovation and entrepreneurship, form new connections and friendships with students who share similar passions, and consult with likeminded peers. This is the best place to keep informed about what is important and will help you to develop your capabilities.

As part of the communities’ activities, we aim to equip students with tools and skills from the world of entrepreneurship through promoting an entrepreneurial culture; holding workshops to develop entrepreneurial abilities; developing and facilitating events in collaboration with different industries; and creating competitions and programs to experiment with entrepreneurial methods. Together, these activities create an unparalleled meeting place between the world of the academia and the world of innovation and entrepreneurship, how do you begin? By choosing a community (feel free to join more than one).
