On sunday 23rd of May, we hosted Inbal Orpaz – a strategic consultant who covers the fields of innovation and startups, a researcher on the Lipkin Shahak program at the Institution for National Security Studies (INSS), a speaker and lecturer.
Inbal presented the factors that shape and influence the new job market, including the new forms of work, outdated business models that hold back revolutions in industries which are crying out for innovation, and the new tool box that workers need in order to stay relevant (hint: mainly the ability to learn and to regenerate).
